全自動(dòng)FOG邦定機(jī) Full-automatic FOG bonding machine
用于將FPC或TCP與ITO基板之間建立穩(wěn)定的機(jī)械和電氣連接的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。其主要完成功能有：自動(dòng)上料、定位、ACF預(yù)貼、視覺(jué)自動(dòng)對(duì)位、預(yù)壓、主壓、自動(dòng)下料。
優(yōu)點(diǎn)：減少手動(dòng)FOG工序操作人員，減少設(shè)備占地面積，操作員不用接觸玻璃，實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人看管式作業(yè)

Full-automatic FOG bonding machine is used to make stable mechanical and electrical connection between TCP or FPC and ITO plate. The main functions are automatic supply, positioning, ACF precisely laminating, visual automatic alignment, pre-pressing, main pressing and automatic displacement.
The advantages of the machine: fewer operators for FOG procedure, less area for the equipment, operators needn’t touch the glass, realizing the unattended operation.
Applications: LCM（connecting with COG）、OGS、single/double Film、Glass Sensor.
